Denture stomatitis is increased dramatically in the recent years, particularly denture wearers. It a common inflammatory reaction with multifactorial etiology that usually appears oral cavity as an erythematous on mucosa extends to limits of maxillary denture-bearing area. Candida albicans regarded primary cause denture-associated owing its high capability adhere tissues and surfaces addition biofilms formation. species can interact different microorganisms within mouth resulting complex mixed biofilm formation organized structure which difficult remove. The presence bacteria acrylic resulted pathogenicity virulence making them more resistance antifungal drugs. This article was introduced highlight microbiota role exploring clinical manifestation, management policies Candida-associated frequently faced dental clinic.An online search PubMed, Scopus, Science Direct, Google Scholar conducted using key words (Microbiota, albicans, stomatitis, Biofilm) from 1978 up 2021. mainly depends enhancement hygiene processes, description agents either topical or systemic, well disinfectants description.
